fix(donation): donate now button is getting disable when making a donation

User Story

As an Admin I do not want my donor show get disable donate now button

Current Behavior

I currently not able to make a donation

Expected Behavior

I expect to make a donation

Steps to Reproduce

Setup a site and make Thousands Separator as . and Decimal Separator as ,
Now create a donation form and set the donation level to more than 10K example: 100000
Now come to the frontend of the section and try to change the donation level and you will see the donate now button will be disable
