This issue has been linked to a Canny post: Text should not be White in IOS 14 Stripe Modal :tada:
Update: after installing the most recent version of Mac OS, I am no longer to reproduce the issue locally.
I am working with @ravinderk to further test this.
Screenshot (Safari on Mac OS 11.1):
@henryholtgeerts I am unable to reproduce this on the latest Safari and Chrome browser.
@DevinWalker maybe this issue is occurring on your system. Can you debug this on your system and let me know the cause of this issue?

@DevinWalker Thanks for testing this out! The screenshots are really helpful. I'm curious - do you have any custom Stripe styles enabled in GiveWP global styles? Asking only because (to my knowledge) @ravinderk was not able to reproduce the same thing on his iPhone - and testing for me is challenging since I use Android, and the iPhone tests I have performed via BrowserStack don't reflect this issue either. By the looks of it I'm guessing that for some reason the usual logic to load styles into a Stripe Modal are not working.
I don't have any special styles applied at all.

Closing as stale due to unreliable reproduction steps.
User Story
As an Admin, I'd like to see the credit card field inputs in the Stripe Modal in IOS 14 or Mac OS 11.0 (Safari Browser only), so that my donors can see the data they input for their payment info for the donation.
Currently the numbers are there, but being displayed in white.
