Admin should be able to disconnect PayPal Donations #5858

Details

Because of the javascript issue, the admin is not able to disconnect a partially connected account. The admin might want to re-connect the PayPal account when "Re-Check" functionally does not complete onboarding.

Expected Behavior

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Onboard admin PayPal account on localhost with non HTTPS URL
  2. You will get an onboarding error
  3. Try to disconnect PayPal account
  4. View error in console tag (Google Chrome)
