I'm going to close this as Support will follow up and create a post on feedback.givewp.com if they're able to determine a bug. That will be the better channel for getting this resolved. 😃

It seems like every time i update the payment method, the names, company and email fields get cleared. I'm using the giveWP version 2.13.4. Please see the screen recording of the reproduction at https://imgur.com/zMn6U8g
