Currency symbol in donation levels should are incorrectly displaying as negative amounts #6030

"on PHP 8, when using the currency converter, when going to a donation form, there is a strange minus sign "-" in front of the euro signs in the green boxes with the amounts. This sign is not there for dollars, and interestingly, when you switch to dollars and then back to euros, the minus sign is gone. This issue is resolved when downgrading to PHP 7.4"
