Form Field Manager fields without labels should not prevent Multi-step forms from displaying the donation confirmation screen. #6249

When using the multistep form and Form Field Manager, it is aesthetically pleasing to remove the labels and just use placeholder text to denote the expected input. When you do that, it causes an issue that displays a blocked call to admin-ajax.php in the console, and leaves the spinning loader icon on the donation confirmation page, if a donor submits a donation that atttempts to add data to that label-less field. GiveWP should either prevent fields from being saved without a label, or prevent the error when a donation is submitted with data in that label-less field.
