Details

Currently, in certain edge cases, after updating to GiveWP version 2.19.0, a migration fails which does two things:

Creates an error message in the admin.
Prevents donations from going through to Stripe. They all fail and are left as "pending" on the GiveWP side.

Steps to replicate:

Old version of GiveWP core.
Connect to stripe
Save a statement descriptor of "this site's kryptonite" (the important character there is the apostrophe)
Update to 2.19
Failure.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] Old statement descriptor migrated correctly.
