Connecting Stripe via API Keys should not cause Invalid Stripe account id error #6278

Detatils

As an admin, I need to connect Stripe using API Keys. However, if I do that using GiveWP 2.19.1, I'll get an error saying "Invalid Stripe account id".

Acceptance Criteria

[x] Donor can donate with Stripe account connected with API keys
[x] Donor can donate with Stripe account connected with connect api
