Overriding the "Donate" button text for the Form Grid on a per form basis should work

When I try to override the "Donate" button text on a per form basis, it's not working as of 2.20.0-beta-1 Steps:

1. Create a form.
2. on that form's edit screen, go to "Form Grid" tab.
3. Select "customize"
4. Modify the Donate button text.
5. Save the form.
6. On a new page, create a Form Grid
7. Note that the button text for the form you just created is not customized on that form.
