GiveWP shouldn't show the "Show Updated View" button on the Plugins screen.

Currently if I select to view the legacy view on either the Donors or Forms admin screens introduced in GiveWP 2.20, and then visit the Plugins page (or the Add Plugins page) I am greeted with a confusing thing: the "Show Updated Version" button is there. It shouldn't be.

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] Change view buttons only show up on the appropriate screens
• [x] Change view button still work in both directions
