Details

Currently when no results are available for the donations, donors and subscriptions table. A static message stating no results displays.

We now have a new design for a blank slate that incorporates a help message, a link and an icon that should replace this message.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] If no donations are available to display, the table should render the appropriate empty state design.
