Support Marker Categories and front-end conditional display #256

Similar to this issue, we could just support Marker Categories and not have to require a Mashup in order to achieve this effect: http://jsfiddle.net/peter/drytwvL8/

WE could add category options in the markers themselves like this: image

Then the shortcode could have an attribute like [maspbuilder show_categories="true"] to display the category-based toggle above the map directly.

@mathetos Any updates on this? I just purchased the Pro version and I'm trying to add a slide out filter menu similar to what you see here: https://www.aspirecollegestation.com/neighborhood/
