Npm readme #836

As discussed in an issue, I have created a README specifically for npm. I may be missing some things, so if you have any suggestions, let me know

Is that error due to the links? Because it worked on my other PRs

I reran the tests and now it passes. Could have been just some kind of failed download of git clone, I don't know...
