New header colour required #146

My boss says users are getting too familiar with the current visual design, and we need to shake them up a bit.

He recommends inverting the header bar at least twice and possibly overhauling all the colours used in our app.

I have a feeling this will be a bi-annual request, so upstream support would be appreciated.

I'm thinking something like a button that will choose a random saturation and lightness, and apply them to all the CSS varknuckles before they are passed to the ASSS pre-pre-post-processor.

Can haz or are we grandfathering this?
