Site HTML is invalid #23

The ASCII art comments contain --, which may not appear within an HTML comment.

– does not refer to a printable character in either Latin-1 or Unicode. Additionally, it represents an en dash where an em dash is more appropriate. Consider either —, the simpler —, or a literal — as the document is already served as UTF-8.

This issue prevents me from adding the HTML 9 Valid Web Image Marker Link To The W9C Validatorizer. Please fix before April 1, 2009.

It was already fixed in Dec 21, 2012.

That's too early for my purposes. Perhaps we can split the difference and have it fixed on February 30th, 2101?
