jQuery is 70k and the boilerstrap is 20k. The boilerstrap has to be at least three times this size.

maybe we can add cache rules to force the browser to download it every request this way it will be as good as jquery, people don't like websites that load fast anymore is not reliable, maybe we can make it require itself in a loop to add some loading time without affecting the overall performance
