Collections: Cryptic human-readable summary from text reuse

Enhancements

• [ ] it is straightforward to export a collection but deletion is hidden behind settings. Move next to export?

• [ ] shorten delete button label: "Delete Collection"

• [ ] relabel "Open in search page..." - "Open in search page"

• [ ] blue "Compare with.." button feels misplaced - move next to "Open in search page"?

• [ ] Rename "Settings" to "Edit"

• [ ] export notification "export search results as csv" is a bit generic - can we display the label of the collection here?

• [ ] Recommendations service: deactivate until we have vector space recs in place

I think we should simply remove it. It does add a search filter, but it does not open the search page, so it's essentially useless
