Also lacks instructions on how to deploy and test it. Crucial for more code shared development.

Coming as soon as possible! Priority is for now on data prep + documentation and integration of manifest mechanics. This repo will also be restructured, we will start thinking how to proceed based on this overview made by Pauline.
