Adapt to runai

Adapt the rebuild script to RunAi and add documentation about how to run.

Closes issue #77 , with the following modifications:

• Remove the requirement of dask-k8 for the installation of the package
• Remove all mentions and uses of the library from the code
• Create scripts to streamline the process of launching a processing job
• Modify the Dockerfile (and image in the registry) to match these changes
• Include documentation and howtos for this new approach
• Update docs

Bump up to v0.13.1 as a consequence

We discussed this with Maud last week, I asked someone at IT about it, showing him the documentation and he told me that it should not be an issue or a security risk. We can still move it to a private repo, no problem on my side.
