Since September 2023, ReadtheDocs has been updated, and now requires a configuration file to build properly.
In addition, after some discussions, we decided to move the documentation explaining how to run rebuilder.py using Runai on Impresso's Infrastructure repository which is private, since the documentation is destined to EPFL users.
Finally, since the last two pull requests represented major changes, it was decided to change the version to v1.0.0.
