Can't Hide "This is a preview of older revision" #886

To duplicate:

  1. Edit the page
  2. Click "Preview"
  3. Click "Edit"
  4. Get the message "This is a preview of older revision, created at 2018-07-07 04:22"

That message makes no sense.

  1. Click either "Publish this revision" OR "Duplicate and edit this revision"
  2. Nothing happens, and the message doesn't go away.
