PHP 8 Upgrade #904

As PHP 8 is already out for a while, is there anyone in the team would like to test and upgrade some of the syntax to fit PHP 8?

Actually I still got 2-3 sites running ImpressPages for ad-hoc announcement purpose, I still think ImpressPages is still a good fit for very simple websites with regular content update, better then wordpress / drupal I would said, in this scenario.

At the moment I'm trying to migrate Impresspages to PHP 8.2. A lot of things can be changed. But there are also major changes such as "Aura router" from version 2.x to 3.x or the zendframework to laminas

Guten tag Urs, Ich spreche nicht gut Deutsch, ich komme aus den Niederlanden ;-) I can read German so we can try both languages. What parts did you delete, and how did you get started?

My PHP experience is medium, but I work together with an advanced php programmer. I work with Visual Studio Code.

If it is possible to recieve your version, that would be great offcourse. I will think about a nice deal. You said: "But I have partially deleted a few things" Can you tell me which parts you have deleted? What does work, and what does not work?
