Image upload country picker #144

Optimization suggestion that might enchance user experience.

Show some previously uploaded countries on top of the list right away (up to 5). Perhaps at first click.

Seems like the country options only are in English which they should be to avoid same country in different languages. We still want to be able to write a few letters to scan the list.
