The main interface of hackdash it's pretty confusing, I think it can be simplified and made easier to read. Something like this:
As it is now, there is neither proper reading order of items, nor hierarchy. Some icons are read as buttons, and background images make reading pretty confusing.
The sub-event front page could be also simplified, obeying the design rules of the previous item
Just my 2cents, based on watching first-time users getting pretty lost in the actual interface.
