SEO

Add SEO for project instances.

• [x] Add a link/ anchor to each Project inside an instance, so google engine can see it and index it
• [x] Add meta description and title for Google at the project view page (ej :instance.hackdash.org/p/:id)

@marianet I have been checking this out and I couldn't get further yet. The site is not static as I thought so I'm gonna have to think how we can set SEO.

I'm sending this at the bottom of the priority list.
