Remove avatars.io #66

avatars.io doesn't work as expected: sometimes it renders a default image, I think it's because it has a requests limit and as we are requesting a lot of images for contributors on a dashboard for each project is not a good solution.

One solution I'm thinking of is:

In this way if a user changes its picture with a login to hackdash it will be updated. And the process remains for future big changes from a provider (also having a process will be less dangerous to send a big query into production db)

@marianet @danzajdband any thoughts?

@marianet it's done.

Some urls still doesn't work, those are because it wasn't only a subdomain update from twitter but an entire url, so as for this change, when those users login hackdash the url will be updated.
