Add SponsorBlock support to cut out sponsors & unrelated parts of the video #311

describe the feature you'd like to see The title pretty much describes what the feature does. It would check the specified video for any sponsored content (using Sponsorblock's database) and remove any footage from the flagged timestamps in the video file.

describe alternatives you've considered I'm not aware of any media downloader that's considered (let alone implemented) something like this.
