bilibili Video download only 480p

higher resolutions require a bilibili account, so cobalt can't access them (at the moment). i'll fix up the issue title for you!

Is there a way to let users input their tokens, so that Cobalt can access higher res with the given token?

Allowing cookie for bilibili to be set should be enough.
