Grammar file gets included after package installing #178

Steps

  1. Create a new C# project.
  2. Include a LENS NuGet package (I added it using Paket).
  3. Grammar/Grammarv2.txt file gets included in the project. And it shouldn't.

Probably we should exclude that file from the project resources (or set its action to "None").

Fixed in 3.0.0-pre1.
