QGSJET detailed cross sections #193

The example python notebook doesn't return the diffractive cross section for QGSJetII04. Is that a limitation of chromo or is there some other reason?

There is no real reason. CORSIKA7 only uses the production cross section, and hence we only had an example for that. Will ask the author about how to properly read cross sections.
