As I needed it for a project here is the IMQ kernel patch for kernel 5.10, tested with 5.10.84 from Debian Bullseye, and it also applies cleanly to current (as of time of writing) upstream stable v5.10.93.
Additionally this PR contains three small bugfixes that are required to make IMQ work for me in 5.10 without any other obvious problems .
