ifb or imq with cake sqm? #96

I am curious as to how well imq scales with cake, especially multicores. I have been trying to find ways to improve inbound shaping in cake for a while.

interesting idea, i do have a bare-metal server which handles traffic for my users, i can switch to cake and see what happens
