upgrade after fresh install due to incorrect versioning in master branch #100

I recommend that you update your master branch with the latest changes from the devel branch that seem to have all the updates for version 1.4.1. Otherwise what happens for new installs is they get version 1.3 and then immediately get prompted for an upgrade after restarting.
