No trash can or pencil icons #58

I started to ask about how to delete the record of a failed job, then saw screenshots which had editing icons and trash can icons.

I've never had these icons, ever, since installing this plug-in on OctoPi, so my problem seems to be with the install, rather than this plug-in lacking functionality.

The icons have never shown up, whether I have been logged in to OctoPrint or not.

Well, after spending the duration of a print looking through the page source, and trying to find why the icons didn't show, I had one last look after the print job completed, and I had disconnected from the printer, and viola - there they were, at the end of each row of job info. So, it seems that they only display when not printing and/or not connected to the printer.
