Just an idea, can also mean we get to see more pie chart stats about why it failed as each reason can have its own slice.

Cheers, I'm really liking this plugin since it lets me track how much time I clock up on my printers and how much filament goes through them, since the onboard prusa i3 mk2 tracking is only accurate via SD printing.

Closed: Already exists in current feature set.

Go to history tab, click on the wrench logo of a failed print, and you'll get a dialogue popup where you can add notes about the print.
