Dear tester,
The error message shown is correct, because you are trying to schedule candidate 1 (i.e. Charlotte Oliveiro) for an interview on 5 May 2022, which falls on a Thursday. However, Charlotte Oliveiro’s availabilities are Monday, Tuesdy and Wednesday only.
Furthermore, with regards to your feedback that the "availability of the candidate for that timeslot is not known to the system", it suggests to me that you do not seem to have good understanding of the app. I hope my explanation below clarifies any misunderstandings you have.
The availability of a candidate is known to the user and the system when adding a new candidate to the system. When a user tries to schedule a candidate for interview, the system will first check if the candidate is available on the given day before checking for clashing interviews. In case you are wondering why it should not check for clashing interviews first, it does not make sense to do so because the user will then attempt to reschedule the proposed interview to a different time slot, only to find that the candidate is not available that day.

Does not impede the user from using the system, just slightly confusing for the user.
