As stated by the tester, this report is regarding his/her acknowledgement that the notice is actually in the DG.
The team has further rejected the bug given as it appears to be a more subjective opinion and suggestion on where the note is located. Based on the flow of the DG, it is appropriate for the note/disclosure to be appended slightly later in order for the content to flow more gracefully into the next section which expands further on the different classes that were omitted.

Reason for disagreement: disagree. It is evident that as a tester I have been inconvenienced by the placement of this note. I agree that this specific note could be expanded later on in the DG, but a simple note under the class diagram located above this section would be sufficient in preventing this from affecting other developers who read this DG.
Apologies, i found the following documentation on the DG which refers to the classes that were omitted from the diagram above it....however, i believe this note should still be made earlier, so the developer is able to have a smoother flow of understanding the codebase and not scroll down then see this note.
