Fixed Bugs for job posting #171

6) BUG where it shows a job was successfully posted even though some fields were missing. 7) After a recruiter posts a job, it must redirect to the timeline page or somewhere else. 9) Bug where if you put a string instead of a number for the salary, it shows that a job was successfully created.

All this bugs are fixed
