Direct Message Report Feature

This pull request adds the direct message report feature, allowing the users to report a message. The following changes are implemented in this PR:

• Added Flag button next to the receiver's message.
• Added a Modal for creating a report.
• Added a DM reports page (only accessible by Administrators).
• Added Report Model.
• Added translation for feature.
• Added Front-End & Back-End tests.
• Fixed front-end test that failed during the Sprint 3 demo.
