This PR is linked to #49 #50 and adds

Admin dashboard where they can view accounts
Admin can edit accounts (email, role, password)
Admin can ban/unban user. User is unable to login once banned.
Replaced "accept" button with "ban" button in dm report. It will ban the user who sent the hateful message and then remove the report
