[After Stage 2] Have a mini button that floats around that the user can press to see input choices #45

When we get to stage 3, and the user is trying to decide if they should switch over prices they can only see the data from the allocation page, they should be able to pull up there input choices at all times

Having a small button that they can minimize that is there all the time after stage 2 is better than keeping the stage 2 window open (since if thats open they can press 'continue' again)

@imranhabib Does the window display the inputs as in income shares, r and m only? or does it also display the individual choices for each security because if that's the case then stage3 would need an extra parameter with the list of values for each security.

no we dont need to give it the choices, the the heurstic inputs and prices so it will have this:

  1. min share 2, r ratio
  2. income share choices
  3. prices from stage 1
  4. prices from stage 2

added popup that appears if you click button which can be minimized. Added minshare, ratio and income share. Still need to add prices for stages in

@imranhabib Do we show all 10 rounds for stage1? and n amount for stage 2? does stage2 have 10 rounds as well or just 5?

stage 1 has 10 prices stage 2 (real not test) has 10 prices just need those nothing else for now
