[Stages] Right now stage 3 and stage 4 are slightly off #55

Stage 3: User has to choose if they wanna switch out there 10 choices from stage 2 (choice rule) into stage 1 prices (we pretty much do this, but added some extra stuff)

Stage 4: User takes 10 choices from stage 2 and decides if they want to go back to stage 1 and change up any amount of their choices.

Ill do this since i think i know how, but i might break everything
