Work with Google Apps accounts #38

Make it work not just with Google accounts but Apps accounts as well.

(And shoot an update to the lifehacker reviewer)

Should be fixed by 4e6a5348c2ba8b116899d4a8b363b266ab4a2bda (was the same problem as the 100% CPU utilization: looping over the links didn't work if it wasn't the first link we are looking for)
