Add the refresh rate and the desktop notification to the options page.
Refresh rate some sane values: 1, 2, 5, 10, 15, 30, 60 minutes Option to refresh list manually when clicking extension's icon: default: yes Desktop notification show: 5, 10, 15, 20 seconds
