Make sure GlobalMenu works with characters and right to left languages

Do you know how to test these other than setting to a r2l locale?

Although when coding I did also considerred the RTL languages, I am not sure if 
the
code works or not -- I don't understand any of the RTLs myself.

Hi, 
I've attached two screenshots, one with the globalmenu, and one without.
basically, the menu isn't aligned to the right, and the order is backwards. 
once you see the screenshots I hope it will be easier to understand what's 
wrong.
