Window List Menu and Window Actions (without Window List option on) Do nothing.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Add Global Menu Applet to your Panel.
2.Try to switch windows using the Window List Option. Or use Windows
Actions (Without Window List)
3.Watch Global Menu Applet do nothing

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the Window List to allow me to change windows and it does nothing.
I also expect that the Windows Actions work (when Window List isn't active)
and it also does nothing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.7.8
