GlobalMenu doesn't handle Changing Menus well (eg Emesene) #553

Although I have only been able to test with emesene it might apply to more 
programs.

When Emesene is launched it only has 3 menus visible. After you login it 
gains more menus and populates the other menus with more menu entries. 
GlobalMenu doesn't seem to pick up this change in the menu. Perhaps it 
loads the menu only once at program startup?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Emesene
2. Sign in

What is the expected output?
You should have at least 4 menu entires: Account Contacts Options Help

What do you see instead?
Instead only Account Options and Help are visible in global menu. Also 
Account and Options are missing further options.

What version of the Global Menu are you using? On what operating system?
0.7.8-beta from PPA, Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic Koala 64 bit

What version of Vala are you using? (if your Global Menu is built from git)
