critical glib error when finalizing toolbar #573

Every time a window that contains a GtkToolbar is closed, it triggers a
critical error:

GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: g_object_ref: assertion `object->ref_count > 0'
failed

This error in only triggered when the globalmenu-plugin module is loaded.

Tested in git version as of today (Jan-26). There's also a bug report
against gtk+: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=574839

Attached is a backtrace of an application (Vinagre) that triggers this error.
