No menu for applications on 2nd monitor #576

I use two monitors. I'ts not possible to show the menu of an application in
globalmenu if the application is placed on the second monitor.
I have moved the gnome-panel to this monitor, no effect. globalmenu shows
only menues for applications placed on the first monitor.
