There should be an Option to turn off the menu when the desktop is highlighted #580

There should be an option, to turn of the Nautilus menu when the desktop is
highlighted. There's no menu shown here in the first place, so I can't see
why there has to be one when you use globalmenu.

Using version 0.7.9
